He was imported into Hong Kong by Kenneth Yim who had to work on us for a long time before we would let him have a puppy. Since then I have been to Hong Kong and have seen how all the people seem to love their pets and really look after them very well. So now I would have no hesitation in allowing someone from that country being able to buy one of my puppies.
