This was a very good year for the Kennel. With 4 Challenge Certificates and 4 Reserve Challenge Certificates, won by 5 different exhibits. CH DEMELEWIS DARK MOON DRIFTIN OVER CORYDON. Won 3 CCs. And CORYDON CATCH A PIXIE. Won 1 CC.

The Reserve CCs were won by CH DEMELEWIS DARK MOON DRIFTIN OVER CORYDON, CORYDON COPPERITA, CORYDON FANCY ME and CORYDON ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

We had Best in Show Awards at E.A.C.A. Open Show in January with CORYDON DARK MARGARITA. West of England Collie Society Ch. Show with CH DEMELEWIS DARK MOON DRIFTIN OVER CORYDON. And at E.A.C.A. Open Show in October with CORYDON CATCH A PIXIE. And Reserve Best in Show Awards with CORYDON CATCH A PIXIE and CORYDON DARK MARGARITA.

Group wins featured very well during the Year.  CH DEMELEWIS DARK MOON DRIFTIN OVER CORYDON won Group 4 at Working And Pastoral Breeds and Group 3 at the SKC Autumn Show. CH CORYDON RIO GRANDE won Group 3 at Boston Ch Show, CORYDON ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

Won the Puppy Group at Boston Ch. Show. CORYDON COPPERITA won Group 3 at Bakewell Premier Open Show. CORYDON CATCH A PIXIE won Group 3 at Retford Open Show and DEMELEWIS WINTER MOON OVER CORYDON won Puppy Group 2 at the last show of the year N.S.F.K.A 75th Aniversary Open Show.

We also had a Best Puppy in Show award as CORYDON FOLLOW ME won at the British Collie Club Open Show.

But Barbara’s illness left a big shadow over the year. I am pleased to say that she is improving in her health but it will take a long time to recover completely.
