1992

This was a truly pathetic year as far as the show scene is concerned. Our dogs managed to win just one Reserve Challenge Certificate and one Best in Show award.

The Res CC was won by CORYDON MOON MIRACLE at Birmingham National under Mr Ellis Hulme. And the Best in Show came from CORYDON LA STUPENDA at the Smooth Collie Club Open Show under Smooth Specialist Melsa Holmes. MOON WITCH AT CORYDON did manage to win Best Bitch in Show at London Collie Club under Liz Cartledge.

I have to say that we did not attend many shows during the year. Maybe I was extra busy with my business or the dogs were out of coat. It is one of the years that I have very little memory of.

We did show CORYDON STAR MACADAM as a puppy with quite a lot of success. He won firsts at Darlington and LKA, and then he went to Norway where he enjoyed a very successful show career and became  INT CH CORYDON STAR MACADAM.

Then towards the end of the year we introduced a new puppy who was to become another Champion. This was ALSSALA CANNY BAIRN AT CORYDON. He came out with quite a bang as he won his classes at Midland Counties and Collie Association Ch Shows.

Our dogs won 19 first prizes during 1992.
